I am a self taught artist living in Spearfish, South Dakota with my wife Celese and three dogs Hank, Violet, and Birdie.

“Why do people paint? For me, it starts with an image or idea and then I indulge in different techniques and mediums to express those images or ideas. This process also an emotional process for me which, I hope, is captured in my pieces. I never work from sketches. I like to work fast n loose with my paint with a variety of surfaces and textures. Currently I’m using fluid paints, a lot of water, and epoxy resins with some success.“
